Thank you so much for your interest in Ma'yan Tikvah. Suggested donation amounts for membership can be found at https://www.mayantikvah.org/join-us/. Please complete this form and send a check for your donation to Ma'yan Tikvah, c/o Steve Garone, 179 Lakeshore Drive, Wayland, MA 01778. If you choose to pay online, please add 3% to cover processing. Please note: Membership donations are separate from school fees.

Note that we will be giving out a "swag bag" that you can pick up at 237 Old Connecticut Path in Wayland. We may have some other pick-up sites, and if you'd like to pick up for others in your area, let us know. If you are unable to get to Wayland, and you register early enough, we will mail everything to you. The "swag bag" will include the machzorim (prayer books) that you will need for the Zoom services and some of the walks. We will give them out based on the number of adults attending. If you would like additional books for any children, let us know in the appropriate question.
