LSPF
Luxembourg Street Photography Festival (short: "LSPF" ) is a four-day street and documentary photography festival in the heart of Luxembourg with the aim of bringing together street and documentary photographers from all parts of the world. LSPF will take place on 18-21 May 2023 in Luxembourg City.

Festival opening times may vary from 10:00am to 10:00pm

Location: Place des Rotondes, Bonnevoie, Luxembourg

LSPF is looking to expand its crew on all of the festival-days with hard-working team members. As a LSPF volunteer member, you can have a wide range of missions and responsibilities depending on your skills and qualities, which we will discuss with you beforehand. Positions covered by LSPF Volunteer members include but are not limited to the following areas:

During the event
- Coordinating and supporting various teams in the different areas.
- Providing information to visitors
- Reorganising/cleaning the venue after every festival day
- Book stand management
- Box office

Before/after the event
- Build-up, disassembling and other related activities.
- Decorating

Every Crew member will be assigned to a specific team leader (e.g. head Box office) who will be in continuous exchange with the volunteer already before the festival, assign tasks and answer any arising questions.

While we are looking for hard-working team members, volunteer members should be pleasant and fun to work with. LSPF is about enjoying the process of creating an unprecedented festival with reliable people.

Shifts last either half-day or full-day on festival days as well up to 8 hours on build up/break down days. The half-day shifts on festival days will be assigned by the LSPF organization. All working times will be broken up by periods of rest and refueling.

Our Volunteer members are required to be available for a briefing session around 1 week prior to the event (to be communicated in advance).

Build Up Day 1 - Tuesday 16.05.2023: hours to be announced (generally 1/2 day)

Build Up Day 2 - Wednesday 17.05.2023: hours to be announced (generally 1/2 day)

Vernissage Day - Thursday 18.05.2023: 16:00 - 22:00

Festival Day 1 - Friday 19.5.2023: 16:00 - 21:00  

Festival Day 2 - Saturday 20.05.2023: 12:00 - 21:00

Festival Day 3 - Sunday 21.05.2023: 10:00 - 21:00

all times may vary according to needs

As a massive thank you for the support and effort every volunteer member puts into LSPF, every volunteer member will be compensated with :

- Crew T-shirt
- Food and drinks for the entire period of work will be covered by LSPF
- Challenging and rewarding experience
