Staff Referral Form
Young Audiences Charter Schools is expanding and seeking exceptional staff. Specifically, we are seeking self-motivated, effective teachers with interest and affinity in incorporating the arts throughout the curriculum as well as certified.  As we value recommendations and input from our friends and associates, Young Audiences is offering $750 for each referral leading to placement of a new Young Audiences Charter School teacher. THIS FORM IS NOT TO BE COMPLETED UNTIL THE NEW HIRE HAS BEEN SENT AN OFFER AND SIGNED. 

To qualify for the $750 referral bonus, both the referring employee and the referred candidate must adhere to the program guidelines and complete the necessary steps.

Steps for Participating in our Referral Program:

1. Submit the candidate's resume to hr@yacs.org for review. Please ensure that the referred candidate meets all the qualifications outlined in the program guidelines.

2. Once the candidate has signed an offer letter, you must complete and submit the Staff Referral Form. Additionally, ensure that the referred candidate includes your name on their Referral Form for New Hires sent during their onboarding. They must do this within two weeks of their hire date for you to be eligible for the bonus.

3. Once the referral has worked three months in a full-time position at YACS, you will receive a $750 check.

Program Guidelines: 
  • Note that former employees are not eligible as referral candidates.
  • There is no limit to the number of referral bonuses you can receive.
  • If a candidate receives multiple referrals, the bonus will be awarded to the first referral received.
Positions not accepted for referrals: 
  • Nurse (LPN), Paraprofessionals, Interventionists, Administrative Assistants, Custodial/ Maintenance, Part-time Positions*
  • *If a part- time employee is referred for a full-time position: referral bonus is given after the candidate has transitioned to full-time for 3 months*
Positions that do not qualify to receive the referral bonus: 
  • Principals and Department Directors
