2019 Junior Spartan Basketball Camp
Please fill out this form for each child you have participating in the camp by April 23. Thank you.  If you have any questions please contact Mrs Guthmiller at amber.guthmiller@stmartinschurch.com.  Practices will begin on Saturday,  April 27th, May 4, May 11th.   The first two camps will be held at St. Martin's and May 11th will be held at Great Plains Lutheran High School.   1st and 2nd graders are from 9 am to 10:15 am and 3rd and 4th graders are from 10:15 am to 11:45 am.  Participants should bring a clean pair of gym shoes and a water bottle.  While your child does not have to be at every session, we ask that you let the coaches know if they will be unable to attend any of the sessions. .  Each participant will be given a Spartan Drawstring Bag on May 11.   If you are interested in helping coach please fill in your information below as well.  Thank you.
