Retreat Information & Payment
- Retreat cost is $875 CAD, taxes included.
- Register with deposit before May 1 and save $50
- A deposit of $200.00 CAD is required to secure your spot.
- Balance to be paid in full no later than August 1st, otherwise your spot and deposit may be forefitted.
- These retreats are free from alcohol, cigarettes/e-cigarettes, and recreational drugs.
- We run rain or shine.
- All payments are 100% non-refundable. HOWEVER, if COVID-19 restrictions prevent the trip from running, or if the minimum number of participants is not reached 30 days in advance of the trip, full refunds will be given.
- You can transfer your registration to someone else if you can’t make due to something on your end. This is your responsibility to arrange, including any payments you have made.
- Credit cards and e-transfers are accepted, payments will be processed by my TICO agent, Linda, who will contact you shortly after I receive this form.
- Linda is able to offer you cancellation insurance, in case something comes up on your end.
