The
Christmas Tree Sale will take place on Saturday, December 3rd (with a rain date on December 4th) from 10 AM to 4 PM at the U.S. National Arboretum. This event will only sell Christmas trees, wreaths, and garlands.
The
Winter Festival will take place on Saturday, December 10th (with a rain date on December 11th) from 10 AM to 4 PM at the Arboretum. This event includes a Christmas tree sale, holiday market, and free children's activities.
Set-up for each event will take place early in the morning before each event.
Please complete this form if you are interested in participating in some capacity and supporting these Friends of the National Arboretum events.
Activities we need help with: - Set-up: Unwrapping Christmas trees and setting them up on the display racks
- During the events: Selling Christmas trees and answering guest's questions. Volunteers will not be responsible for tying trees on cars.
- Clean-up: Picking up trash and bringing it to the dumpster, sweeping tree sale area, breaking down info table.
