If you already live in NCHS district you would simply have to sign up for dance as your first choice elective, you do not need to fill out this form. If you are out of the district, along with completing this form you also need to apply for transfer through the district office. In order for a transfer to NCHS, a student would have to be attending for the dance program (dance classes that are taught here at NCHS). Being a member of the dance team does not meet requirements to remain as a student at Nash Central High School
