T-shirt Money and Volunteer Sheet and Parent Lunch Sign-Up

Hello TJS Families,
Field day is just around the corner and I would like to start the planning process. I am in need of parents to help make this day a success. I will have a spot below for you to sign up to volunteer and also for breakfast & lunch counts. We will begin our day with 1. breakfast at 8:30am, 2. activities 9:15-Noon 3. lunch at Noon 4. Group activity 1-2:30pm 5. Closing and Wrap-Up 2:30-3pm.

T-shirts: Each child will receive a field day T-Shirt which they will color during the week. The cost of the shirt is $5.00 (please pay with cash or check to the school office)
