Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Once you've filled out the document you will receive an invoice based off your selected choices below. Formatting will begin once the invoice is paid and returned to you within 24 hours.

What you will need to include for formatting. Please email these to sonya.loveday@gmail.com once the invoice has been paid.

1. Ebook cover
2. Full title of the book - including series name with book #
3. Docx file
4. Chapter header images if you have them. If you have the image, but need the numbers added to the image, please let me know.
5. Author photo with links to all platforms that apply: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Amazon Page, Goodreads Page, Pinterest Page, iBooks, ect.
6. Author Logo image
7. Author bio
8. Any additional images for promo to be included in the back of the book.

Privacy Statement:
I value your work. At no point in time will your novel be used for any purpose other than formatting. Once your novel is complete, and accepted by you, all original files will be deleted including the email sent with the original file. All formatted versions of your file will go to a Google folder for you to download the files. Files will be kept for 3 months and then deleted, so be sure to save your files in a safe place. You will receive a Vellum file included in your file. Download it, as it will be a ready file to update, should you chose to do so after 3 months, or should you want to include it in a boxed set at a later date.
