Pool Rules:
  • Pool use if for Mt Aire owners, residents and their guests and to be used during regular pool hours and when the deadbolt lock is open.
  • There are times when the pool will be closed for maintenance, treatment and other issues.
  • There is to be no use of the pool or pool area between sunset and sunrise.
  • When the pool is CLOSED, NO ONE can be in the pool or pool enclosure.
  • Anyone entering the pool when it is closed is trespassing and is subject to fines, prosecution, removal of pool key, etc.
  • Any owner, resident, renter, guest or anyone who uses the pool will be liable for all damages and or injuries that may occur and shall hold the Homeowners Association, management committee and management harmless of all accidents or incidents that may occur.
  • There is NO Lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
  • There is a $50 deposit charge for the issuance of any key, to owner or tenant.
Assumption of Risk:
I, the undersigned, recognize and understand that swimming and playing at the Swimming Pool involves certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area.
Release of Liability, Waiver or Claims and Indemnity Agreement
I hereby agree to the following:

  1. TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may have in the future against Mt. Aire Gardens Condominiums Homeowners Association, management committee and management, their directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives (all of whom are hereinafter referred to as "the Releasees");
  2.  TO HOLD THE RELEASEES from all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense that I may suffer or that my next of kin may suffer because of my participation at the Swimming Pool due to any cause whatsoever, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES;
  3. TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES form all liability from all liability from any damage to property of, or personal injury to, any third party, resulting from my participation at the Swimming Pool;
  4. That this Agreement shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigns.

HOW TO GET YOUR POOL KEY
If you do not have a pool key, you need to pay the $50 Refundable Pool Key Deposit. The deposit will be returned to you once you return your key.

You can pay by check. If you would like to pay by check, make sure to make the check out to Mt. Aire
Gardens HOA.
You can pay through your online portal. https://nhoa.cincwebaxis.com/

Once you have paid the pool key deposit, you can come to our office and grab your pool key! Our office address is:
