The Immigrant Freedom Fund of Colorado is a non-profit group which provides financial assistance toward bond for immigrants in detention in the Aurora Detention Center or for detainees in other states who have ties to Colorado.  The Immigrant Freedom Fund is open to every race, creed, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression, age, or marital status.

The information in this Application is considered confidential and will be treated as such.

There are four sections to this application:
1) Questions about the person eligible for bond
2) Questions about the referrer
3) Questions about the Bond
4) Consent

Once you submit this form, we will review the information and someone will be in touch with you about the case. We may require additional information, so please be ready to respond to requests. We operate off of donations from the community and your network. As a result, the number of cases we can address varies. We will do our best to assist all we can.

All donations toward bond are deposited into the fund, and once we have raised enough toward a case,  we disburse a single allotment to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). DHS will not accept multiple payments toward a single case.
