Topics: What you need to do be involved, What a typical clinic look like, and Communication Skills. On the Bike Skills: 3-Essentials, Neutral / Ready, Braking & Dismount, BBS Side to Side, BBS Forward & Back, Climbing, Cornering, and Shifting.
