Parental Transcript Release form
This form gives Pine-Richland High School the right to submit a transcript on behalf of named student to the entities requested by the student and/or parent. This form needs to be submitted ONLY ONE TIME per year per student. No transcripts can be released without this form being submitted to the guidance office.
