BBIO499/498 Research Registration Request Form
Use this form to request registration in BBIO 498 (Independent Study in Biology) or BBIO 499 (Undergraduate Research in Biology) at the University of Washington Bothell.

After submission, we will confirm your request with the instructor and our division chair before completing the registration. These are completed in batches approximately twice per month, so expect up to three weeks for the registration to occur.

To check in on the status of your request, update your request, or to ask any questions, please contact academic advisor Claire Grant (claireag@uw.edu).

Please answer all "long answer" questions in full sentences.

Note: if you intend to use these credits towards your investigative biology requirement you will also need to submit an investigative biology petition to get your research approved towards the requirement.

  6. Reporting & Presentation. How will you show progress with your work? What assignments, results, and/or reports must you submit and when?
