Power Restoration FIRST Innovative Project Survey
We are Team 1448, The Force, from Shorecrest Preparatory School in St Petersburg, Florida. FIRST Lego League’s theme this year is Super Powered. FIRST has asked teams to research and solve a problem with the way energy is distributed, stored, and used. Our team's research question is, “How might we redesign electric lines to be more reliable, repaired more efficiently and affordably? ” Living in Florida, we know how vital it is to restore power quickly after a storm. If we can change the design of power lines, we believe we can improve the quality of life for millions of people worldwide. We will use this survey to collect information for our innovation project so that we can understand the need for our product.
