Share Fair at the 2021 EEAI Conference
The Share Fair is Friday, November 12, 4:30-5:30 pm at the Spring Mill State Park Inn.  Set up can be done after checking in to the conference before the start of the conference or during the break; set up cannot be done during sessions as there are presentations in this room before the Share Fair.

You know that activity you taught at summer day camp?  Or that brain break that you led your class in?  Or that drop-in activity that was a hit at your nature center?  We want YOU to share those with US!

The share fair is for classroom teachers, naturalists, college professors, environmental educators, and others to SHARE their favorite lesson plans, games, crafts, and more!  These are not required to fit the sustainability theme of the conference, but should appeal to most environmental educators.

Please bring copies of your lesson plans, handouts, materials for participants to make your crafts or play your games, and anything else that you'll need.  Plan for at least 50 participants.  Booths should be interactive and have something that participants can take home.

The Share Fair will be in an exhibit-hall style, with participants meandering from table to table.  Participants should come from the Share Fair with loads of resources that they can implement with their students and audiences!

The Share Fair will happen at the same time as the networking event and participants can wander between the events.  The Share Fair is not available online but an online networking event will be available for those who wish to join remotely.

Selling of items is not allowed during the Share Fair.  Signing of petitions are not permitted but you can offer an email list sign-up in addition to your activity.

Exhibitors must be registered participants of the conference.  Please register and pay at https://eeai.org/2021-Registration.

You will receive notification if your activity has been approved, and then you'll receive several reminder emails in advance of the conference.
