Home Inspection consent amidst COVID-19
This form is for the occupant of a home (or, if vacant, the seller) that is scheduled to be inspected by HomeKey Inspections. If this is a rental property, this form must be filled out by the tenant/occupant. As a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic, and the fact that anyone can be unknowingly infected or contagious ( CDC states that symptoms may be delayed up to fourteen days as well as some may have no symptoms), we are now requesting consent to the home inspection despite the pandemic and risks associated with COVID-19. Please know that we, HomeKey Inspections, have implemented a COVID-19 policy for all of our inspectors to adhere to during the inspection.
