Please fill in the form below if you would like to apply for a place in our extended day provision.

Costs:-
Breakfast club - Reception - Year 6: £2.50 per session
Teatime club - Reception - Year 6: £9.00 per session
Breakfast club - Nursery: £6.00 per session
Teatime club - Nursery: £15.00 per session

If you do not receive a place for the year 22/23, you will need to reapply for the next academic year.
Places are non-transferable. If you are offed a place and your child does not attend for 3 consecutive weeks, the place will be removed.
