WHAT'S INCLUDED:Each journey has its specific inclusions as stated in your chosen Journey flyer.
Rooms are included in the cost of the Journey for the specified number of nights only. Rates are per person, based on double occupancy on a first come basis. Single rooms are an additional cost as stated on the chosen Journey flyer. If a roommate is not available for you, you will be required to pay for a private room. We reserve the right to substitute hotels for those named provided in the itinerary. Specific bed types should be requested at the time of booking but cannot be guaranteed.
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED:Flights (international and domestic unless noted in the chosen Journey flyer), passport, Visa (if required), all beverages, meals not specified, travel insurance (mandatory), personal expenses, single room options, and tipping if not included in the chosen Journey flyer.
COST:Each Sacred Site Journey is priced differently, and you should refer to the chosen Journey flyer you are interested in joining. Planning travel takes extensive time and research because of this we charge a non-refundable deposit that is counted towards your trip cost. Your deposit secures your place on the Journey and is non-transferable and non-refundable. Journey payment is due in full no later than the date specified on the flyer. A discount is offered for Early Bird payments. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Travel insurance is mandatory to protect you and your financial investment.
PAYMENT:Payment can be made via Zelle, Venmo, Paypal or check for the full amount of the tour. Any fee’s will be covered by the traveler, so be sure to choose friends and family if you use Paypal. Credit cards are accepted with an additional 5%. [A surcharge will be required should the US/Euro rate vary over 5%]
We look forward to having you join us! After booking you will receive confirmation that your Journey is confirmed. You will also be invited to a private Facebook page for your journey to meet others who will be attending and receive important information from Patricia on the Journey. TRAVEL INSURANCE:
For your protection, purchase travel insurance. Prices are based on your age, state you live in and offer varying prices depending on what options you choose. Two well-respected travel insurance companies are Allianz and Travel Guard, but you can use whoever you prefer.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Planning travel takes extensive time and research and Sacred Site Journeys is required to pay suppliers well in advance of your Journey date. Any cancellations must be received in writing. Contact your travel insurance company for reimbursement should you need to cancel.
PASSPORT AND VISA:
It is your responsibility to carry a valid passport. Your passport must be valid for six months after your Journey dates. You will also need a Visa if required by the country you are traveling to.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
All journeys require good walking ability on sidewalks, dirt paths and rough terrain as much of our time is spent outdoors. Strenuous physical activities, such as hiking, walking in nature on rough terrain may be necessary for some journeys.
Please read and acknowledge the Release of Liability Agreement.TERMS AND CONDITIONS: You agree to hold harmless Sacred Site Journeys and Patricia McGivern for any denial of claim by travel insurance company. Should you require emergency medical treatment as a result of an accident or illness arising during your attendance in the Journey, you consent to such treatment and will be financially responsible for any and all medical or legal bills that may be incurred. (Check your travel insurance policy).
These Terms represent the entire agreement between travelers, Sacred Site Journeys and Patricia McGivern. There is no additional liability. We reserve the right to update these Terms.
