KINDERGARTEN - 2021-22
Welcome to the Beaver Area School District Kindergarten Registration for the 2021-22 school year!  Please fill out the questions below and be sure to hit SUBMIT at the bottom of the page when you are finished.

Assessments will be held at College Square School in June.  You will receive an e-mail in early April to choose the date and time of your child's assessment appointment.  

On the day of the assessment you will need to bring your child, a copy of his/her birth certificate, immunization records, and proof of your residency in the Beaver Area School District.  Please also bring your child's physical and dental forms (if complete) and the Home Language Form.
