If you would like to take voice lessons from one of the private voice teachers at LHS please fill out this form. Parents or students can fill out this form. Please just fill out one form per student.

Lesson rates may range from $17-23 per half-hour lesson. The Private Lesson Instructor will provide
cost of lessons. Longer lesson times may be accommodated and at the discretion of the Private Lesson
Instructor. Due to COVID-19, ALL LESSONS ARE VIRTUAL UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
