Roots of Life Health and Wellbeing Events have been running for over 4 years and we launched the Wellness Magazine Autumn 2019. We attract many people interested in self care and their health across Lancashire and Cumbria.

We are soon looking to launch an interactive Health and Wellbeing App in the Spring on Android and IOS which will allow people to read the magazine digitally. Also, an opportunity for you to promote any offers, vouchers, training, events and workshops etc.

Roots of Life are a growing community of conscious business owners, holistic practitioners and professionals. We encourage and promote healthy living. We offer essential products and services that will help you live a healthier lifestyle; mind, body and soul.

We created Roots of Life Wellness Events and Magazine for two very important reasons.

First, to serve those of you looking for a free and reliable source for spiritual, emotional and physical insights and connections....and secondly, to make it easy to find those of you who are the most dedicated and inspiring wellness practitioners and heart centred businesses out there!

You'll find facilitators, body workers, energy workers, coaches and lots more. There are probably practices that you may never have heard of. If you are a practitioner or holistic based business, we'd love to have you join our community so that you can do more of what you came here to do: uplift and heal humanity.

Around 20,000 copies are placed in local outlets including major Supermarkets, Co-ops, Spars, local shops, community centres, libraries, cafés and restaurants, doctors surgeries, spas and wellness centres, health shops, chemists and gyms to name but a few. The magazine is aimed at people wanting to discover different ways of improving their health and wellbeing in a more natural and holistic way.
