2021 Annual Award Nominations
The NAMI Tennessee Awards Committee is happy to announce the call for nominations for awards to be presented in conjunction with the 2021 Annual Convention to be held September 23-24, 2021.  Our theme this year is:  "Bringing People Together for Mental Health."

Please take a minute and write from your heart about someone who deserves recognition.

NOTE: Nominations must be completed and entered in this online form no later than 5:00 PM (CT) on Thursday, July 15, 2021. After that time, no further nominations will be accepted.  

YOU MUST BE A NAMI MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING TO SUBMIT A NOMINATION FOR AN AWARD.

COMMUNITY RECOGNITION AWARDS
These awards are given primarily to people outside of our organization. NAMI members are not excluded but the intent of these awards is to acknowledge broader service to persons living with mental illness, their families, and NAMI.  
MEMBER AWARDS
These awards are given to NAMI members who have given outstanding service to local affiliates or the state organization.
