PLAY PDX Vendor Form

Parent Child Preschools Organization invites you to be a vendor at PLAY PDX. This is a great opportunity to connect with hundreds of young families at Oaks Amusement Park.

The event will take place on May 11th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and feature entertainment from local artists, engaging and enriching activities for children of all ages, and a preschool fair to showcase play-based and early learning opportunities for young children.

After this form has been submitted you will be sent a QuickBooks invoice to the email listed on the form. Thank you so much for your support!
