I have reviewed my student’s application for a Pine Tree Education Foundation Student Grant and hereby give my permission for my student to submit the application. I am allowing my student to participate in the project, program or activity, accept or take ownership of the supplies, technology or equipment for the grant that was applied for. I understand that the grant funds will be paid directly to the entity and the student is responsible for any fees or additional cost outside of the awarded grant amount. I agree that I have read and understand the Pine Tree ISD Education Foundation Student Grant Guidelines and I grant permission for my student to accept the grant if awarded.
