This form is to be completed by individuals interested in being a volunteer lunch monitor at any of the three NKCPS elementary schools: George W. Watkins Elementary, New Kent Elementary, and/or Quinton Elementary.

Approved volunteers will aid a full-time staff member in overseeing lunches from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on selected school days.

Background Check

NKCPS runs a criminal background check and a child abuse and neglect registry check on every volunteer lunch monitor. Human Resources will notify schools if/when a lunch monitor is cleared and eligible to begin volunteering with our schools.

Applicants may NOT begin assisting before the background check is clear.
