Volunteer Information (Work Bond)

One thing that our program cannot survive without is volunteers. Below is a list of volunteer opportunities we will be looking to fill throughout the season. Please note that volunteering is not limited to the parents of the players, anyone over the age of 16 (depending on the position) is welcome to volunteer their time on behalf of your child, to help ensure the success of our program!

Throughout the season, coaches will coordinate with parents to arrange for these positions to allow for full flexibility throughout the season. Once families have completed their designated volunteer requirements, we will return your $50 work bond!

Volunteer Interests - Please check off any you may be interested in, and more information will be provided

Head Coach - Responsible for overseeing team athletes, schedules, etc. Will need to fulfill appropriate certifications for the program.

Assistant Coach - Supports Head Coach at practices, games, and whatever else is needed. Will need to fulfill appropriate certifications for the program.

Team Mom/Dad - Helps to facilitate communications to the rest of the parents on the team. This may include, but is not limited to: outstanding paperwork, fundraising responsibilities, etc.

Equipment Manager - Responsible for ensuring all equipment is up to date with certs, accounted for, maintained and distributed/collected throughout the season.

Grant Manager - Someone that has time to research different grants our organization may qualify for, and submit application.

Fundraising Team - We need multiple hands to support Kim Gallego in creating and executing fundraisers throughout the year.

Concession Stand Coordinators - We are looking for multiple people to fulfill this; We need people that can commit to one or two nights per week to open & close the snack stand.
