Thank you for your interest to
participate at the KA1 Youth Mobility Project “EduPAST", funded under the
Hellenic National Agency, INEDIVIM.
This Youth Exchange focuses on young people that both can and want to create an environment of cohesion and tolerance with refugees, while aiming to strengthen values such support for those in need. Therefore, its objectives and aim strongly comply with those of the overall Erasmus+ Programme which seeks, within its activities, to come closer to young people with fewer opportunities, regardless of their social backgrounds, and to ensure their prosperity.
Values like inclusion, equity, non-discrimination and maintenance of mental health lie at the heart of the Programme and they are emphasized through the project. Being in line with the Erasmus+ in this aspect, the Exchange will approach the same topics in fruitful way, ensuring that the participants gain a lot. The exchange seeks to spark conversation about how to develop inclusive practices and to build a transnational network of migrant-friendly youth and organizations.
The participants will also build their digital skills, mainly their ability to create impactful messages and utilize video editing tools. Moreover, the participants themselves will develop best practices and awareness campaigns on the emotionally taxing process of integration. Additionally, the diversity within the participating group, with young people hailing from several different countries and backgrounds, fulfils the general objective of the Programme to reach out to people from diverse cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds. By conducting the outdoor survey, the participants will also understand how to "read" the public opinion and extract objective results."
The
Exchange will take place from 19 to 26 May 2024 in Crete, Chania, Greece.
Deadline for applications: 12 April 2024
Deadline for Learning Agreements & Tickets' Reservation: 19 April 2024
