Hotshots Summer Club 2022
**It's past the deadline to book onto Hotshots Summer Club. It's possible that we may have space for your child, so you can still fill in the form and we'll get back to you as soon as we can to let you know.

This is the form to book on the Hotshots Summer Club, running this year from 26th to 29th July, from 9:30-12:30 every day and with a special Hotshots service on Sunday 31st at 10:45. The whole week will be jungle themed so get ready to go wild! We'll be playing games, singing songs, learning from the Bible, making craft and more! Bookings close on 1st July.

The club is for those currently in school years reception - year 6. Unfortunately we can't accept children due to start reception in September.

The cost is £20, which includes a T-shirt. Please bear in mind that your child's place is not confirmed until we've received this payment.

This information will be stored securely. It will only be used for purposes specifically related to Hotshots. It will not be passed to third parties outside of Holy Trinity, Frogmore. You have the right to request the deletion of this information at any point in the future.
