Brockville Pride Rainbow Village Vendor Fair 2024
Please fill out the form below to request a space at the  Brockville Pride Rainbow Village Vendor Fair.
Registration closes: Wed. June 5 at 11:59pm.

Date: Saturday, June 8, 2023
Location: Hardy Park, Brockville.
Set-up begins: 10am.
Tear-down must be completed by 4:15pm.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER:
- ALL participants may begin to set-up between 10:00am-12:00pm.
- ALL participants must check-in at the registration table and receive location map.
- ALL participants must bring all necessary tools with them (ie: table, tent, chairs, tape, etc).
- This event is rain or shine. Please be prepared.
- ALL participants must dispose of garbage and waste properly. Leave no trace after tear-down.

*Brockville Pride reserves the right to deny entry to any participants and will immediately deny entry to any group not following instructions by Brockville Pride Committee and volunteers.*

Emails will be sent out confirming registration and entailing payment information.
