Please fill out this form if you plan to participate in the Holidays with Horns Concert on December 14 at 5 p.m. at the Leawood United Methodist Church, 2915 West 95th Street Leawood, KS.

The KCHC Cor Ensemble is for adult horn players of all ages and abilities. PLEASE NOTE: Upper level high school students are welcome to play with the Cor Ensemble per teacher recommendation.

The KCHC Youth Ensemble is for 7th grade through high school students. PLEASE NOTE: 6th grade students are welcome per teacher recommendation.

Upper level high school students are encouraged to perform in both ensembles if they are available. These students will serve as leaders in the youth ensemble.

Cor Ensemble Rehearsals:
Saturday, November 9th: 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Saturday, November 16th: 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Saturday, November 23rd: 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Youth Ensemble Rehearsals:
Saturday, November 9th: 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Saturday, November 16th: 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Saturday, November 23rd: 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Dress Rehearsal (Both Ensembles)
Saturday, December 7th: 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
