Please complete the below form if you wish to return an item.
Products must be returned within 7 days of dispatch from GelishNZ.

Claims will be dealt with as follows:
• Returns due to GelishNZ's error or request will incur no handling charge or freight costs.
• Returns due to customer errors or changes in ordering will incur freight charges.
• Returns of short-dated or out-dates stock will not be accepted.
• Claims for goods damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• All goods must be returned in a saleable condition.
** If goods are unsaleable they will not be accepted for credit or replacement.
• Refunds/Exchanges will be issued and applied once goods are received and checked.
