Virtual Student Meal Order Form
The Valdosta City School Nutrition Program is pleased to provide school meals for all enrolled virtual students. Parents/Guardians can pick up all meals for virtual students at two designated site locations: WG Nunn Elementary and Pinevale Elementary Schools from 11:30AM to 12:30PM.
Important Instructions:
* Parents/Guardians must complete the Student Meal Order form the day before meal is picked up by 12 noon.
* Completing this form will help us to be better prepared in serving our students.
Requirements:
* We encourage Parents/Guardians to complete the Virtual Meal Form
* Parents/Guardians must have students' name and Lunch ID.
* Only one meal per child can be picked up.
* Must be an enrolled Valdosta City School Virtual Student!
