Dialogue Facilitation Training Interest Form
In 2021 Chatham plans to host a 12-15 hour virtual workshop spread out over 4 sessions on how to facilitate dialogue across social identity differences, including race, class, gender, ability, citizenship, etc. At the moment, we plan for this to be a virtual program, but will plan to meet up socially distanced outside if conditions allow.

This workshop will be open to educators and high schoolers, who will be placed in separate dialogue groups that will come together later in the workshop program. We are seeking schools and school districts that would be interested in applying for this program and are asking some exploratory questions below to help us set up the program. Completing this interest form will allow us to send you the application form for the program directly, as soon as it launches.

We are looking for cohorts of 4 individuals from each participating school or district. These cohorts will include 2 educators or administrators and 2 high school students. Ideally, we are looking for 1 white educator and one educator of color, and 1 white student and 1 student of color from each school. Would you be able to provide this specific balance of participants? If not, please explain and we will work to accommodate if we can. *
We will have partial and full scholarships available for this program. We expect the schools or districts to pay for the student participants as well as the educators. What is the maximum amount per person you are willing and able to pay for a training program like this? Please be open and honest as we are trying to design self-sustaining programs. *
