Skinner North Family Survey (Q4 Thinking to SY22)
Your opinion is very important to us as we plan for the next school year.  We do not have all the answers on what next year will look like.  The hope of the district is to return for 5 days a week, but we will follow science in regards to this.

That being said we need your input.  You and our students have experienced a year unlike any other with varied schedules and ways to engage (remote, hybrid, etc.).

Please complete this anonymous survey to share your thoughts on what, in your thinking, would be helpful to prioritize for your child(ren) and also best ways for us to engage your family next school year.  The information will help us to further plan for budget allocations in alignment with our CIWP (Continuous Improvement Work Plan) for the coming school year.  PLEASE COMPLETE A SEPARATE SURVEY FOR EACH STUDENT IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 1 CHILD AT THE SCHOOL.

The survey will close on Wednesday, May 28.
