Singfest - Dancers and Dreamers

Come and join us on this exciting Singfest 2022 / 2023 project entitled 'Dancers and Dreamers.’ There are two new and originally arranged medleys. The first, a more relaxed dream like ballad medley, the second an upbeat, high energy, foot tapping dance medley. The medleys are designed to teach the children how to sing and harmonise with others. The concerts will also include our playground games section, where we’ll have fun and warmup our voices with the usual doses of energy and enthusiasm!

Cost of the project is £160.00 per class (max. 35 pupils). This include a comprehensive resource pack, with performance and backing tracks, a score and lyric sheet, in addition to two massed rehearsals with other participating schools.

You will also be invited to participate in one of the massed celebration events next March at Congleton town hall.

Cancellation Policy

1) Notice to cancel a Curriculum Extension project must be made in writing. Where notice is given more than eight weeks in advance of the commencement date of the project in question, there will be no charge made to the school. Where notice is given less than eight weeks but more than four weeks in advance of the commencement date, the school will be liable for 50% of the project cost. Where notice is given less than four weeks before the commencement date, the school will be liable for the full cost of the project. In the case of Singfest the project start date is the first massed rehearsal you would attend.

2) A charge will be made to any school wishing to book an additional Curriculum Extension project session e.g. the school does not or is unable to attend a scheduled Singfest rehearsal, but would like a visit made to their school in lieu of this. This charge will be based upon the amount of time requested at the hourly rate of £47.40.
