Toronto Diving Academy Summer Camp Registration 2024
Please complete all required sections of this form to register for TDA Summer Camps 2024. Once your registration form is received, you will be sent an invoice with e-transfer instructions. All participants are required to register online with Dive Ontario as "recreational members" in order to be covered by the mandatory Dive Ontario/Diving Plongeon Canada insurance. Please note this fee ($35) is paid directly to Dive Ontario and is non-refundable. If your camper has already registered for any diving program in the 2023-2024 season you have already paid this fee and do not need to register again. Details for Dive ON registration, and the link to their registration portal will follow after submission of this form.

Please note your space in the camp is not confirmed until payment is received and Dive Ontario membership is completed. Registrations will be processed in the order they are received.

Drop off for camp is at 9am, pick up is at 4pm in the lobby of the TPASC.

Camps are paid by e-transfer. After submitting your form you will receive an invoice from joanne@diving.ca with payment instructions.

Please carefully review your information before submitting your form.
Upon receipt of your registration you'll be sent a confirmation of submission, as well as a link to the Dive ON registration page.
