Per the 2022-23 Financial Obligation Contract, families at St. John Bosco are responsible for selling or buying 10 tickets ($250.00) per student. Each ticket is $25.00

Plan #1 | Tax-Deductible Donation
Payment can be made as a tax-deductible donation
By making a tax-deductible donation, tickets will not be provided in exchange for this gift
Payment: Cash, Check, Credit Card
Due By: November 1

Plan #2 | Lump Sum Payment | Includes Tickets
Payment can be made as a one-time, lump sum payment
Payment: Cash, Check, Credit Card, SchoolAdmin Tuition Account
SchoolAdmin Billing Schedule: September 1, 2022 or October 1, 2022

Plan #3 | SchoolAdmin Installments | Includes Tickets

Payments can be made in two (2) equal monthly installments through SchoolAdmin
SchoolAdmin Payments: September and October
1 child = $125.00 per month / 2 children = $250.00 per month  
SchoolAdmin Billing Schedule: September 1 and October 1, 2022

Sell your tickets to pay for your mandatory contribution
- Ticket stubs and payment must be submitted together or they will not be accepted
All 10 tickets must be turn in together along with your $250 payment (cash or check only)
Tickets and payment must be submitted by Tuesday, November 1, 2022
If payment is not received by Tuesday, November 1 your SchoolAdmin Account will be charged $250 on Thursday, December 1, 2022
- Payments will NOT be accepted after Tuesday, November 1, 2022

Selling Options | Plans #2 and #3
Option 1: Hard Copy Tickets
Complete your family's quota by selling hard copy tickets. Tickets will be picked up at Back to School Night on August 30. Families who choose this option are responsible for submitting ticket stubs into the box located in the front office.
 
Option 2: Electronic Tickets
Complete your family's quota by selling electronic tickets. A ticket link will be available on August 30 to email out to your network. Families who choose this option will be issued ticket numbers to track their sales and are responsible for managing when they’ve reached their quota. Ticket stubs will be filled out and submitted by St. John Bosco.
