Priority registration for previous attendees is open from 9am March 24. Public registration opens April 17. All applications will be strictly processed in the order of the time and date stamp of this completed form, but please note, your place is
not confirmed until you have received an acceptance letter, payment is received, and your child has formally accepted their invitation to Cotillion.
Acceptance emails will be emailed on April 24. You will send your payment in with your RSVP to confirm your spot. -Class sizes are limited to ensure a quality program; We have space for 30 girls and 30 boys.
-A waiting list will be created once a class is full.
This form is for students entering grade 7 in the American School System for the 2023-2024 School year. This is generally children who are aged 12 turning 13 for that school year. (Grade 6 is ages 11/12 and grade 8 is 13/14 for reference).
Price: The cost of the program per participant is $5,900.00
This year Cotillion Invitations will be delivered electronically to both the student and the adult responsible for the registration form. It is advised to use a reliable email for both the student and parent.
Cotillion is an entirely volunteer run program and it is also a commitment for both the students and the parents. To have a successful and worthwhile Cotillion program, it's very important that we have strong parental involvement and that our children see how much their social education matters to us so that it matters to them too. For this coming Cotillion Season we will be requiring each participant to have a parent volunteer as a patron or check-in volunteer for two events during the season. That can look like one parent volunteering for two separate sessions, two parents volunteering together at one session, or one parent taking one session and the other parent taking another session. After your application is accepted, a sign up sheet will be sent out to parents. All cotillion dates and times can be found on our website

**If a parent is unable to attend the Parent Information Session and/or a unable to join two sessions as a volunteer, your child will not be eligible to join the Hong Kong Cotillion.
