I feel good about my neck course: How to rejuvenate your neck using restorative neck exercises - Waiting List

Do you feel good about your neck?

Recently I read the book "I feel bad about my neck" by Nora Ephron. The book is hilarious (have you watched “Sleepless in Seattle,” “When Harry met Sally,” and “You've Got Mail,” also by Nora Ephron?). It describes many "advantages" of being a woman of a certain age, with the entire first chapter dedicated to a problematic neck.
The wrinkled, sagging neck horrifies the author, but she has no idea what to do about it. Nora can only think of two possible solutions:
1) not to look at herself in the mirror ever again and
2) cover the neck with scarves and turtlenecks.

Fortunately, there is a better way. You can restore your neck with special exercises and proudly show it off.

Description: A 4-week self-paced neck restoration program with daily 20-minute classes.

Who it's for: This course is for women over 40 who don't feel good about their neck and would like to – instead of covering it with turtlenecks and scarves – restore it and have a long, smooth and beautiful neck.

The Beta round of this course runs from October 1 to October 29, 2022

I was looking for ten women to participate for free in the Beta round of this new course, and I found my co-pilots.

Registration for the beta round of the course is closed. But you can still apply to be placed on the waiting list and participate in the next round.

Thank you!

Be well and beautiful!
