Notice �注意事項 :
1.) Please complete the form below, and click the submit button.
請詳細填寫下列資訊，填寫完成後，請按"提交"送出表單。

2.) Once IED receives your application and required application documents, IED will send you a confirmation email with payment information and reserve your seat for a week. Please pay your tuition fees within a week to confirm and secure your seat.
國際教育發展部收到報名資料及應繳審查資料後，將以Email提供您線上繳費資訊通知並保留名額一週，請於一周內完成繳費動作。

3.) Once IED receives your payment of tuition fee, we will send you a receipt and registration serial number. Then the registration process is completed.
完成繳費後，國際教育發展部將提供您收據掃描檔案與報名序號，即成功完成報名。

** If you do not receive any email or reply from IED within 24 hours after submitting your application form, please email to superfun@sce.pccu.edu.tw.
** 提交報名表後，若未收到校方回覆的郵件，請務必來信至 superfun@sce.pccu.edu.tw。

** If the registration process (including tuition fee payment) is not complete within a week, the reserved seat will be cancelled.
** 一週內未繳費者，校方將不保留名額，造成不便，敬請見諒。
