Survey to assess the possibility of conducting supervised online exams for the 1st year 1st semester

Dear Student,

The Faculty is considering and examining the possibility to conduct supervised online examinations for 1st year 1st semester. In a supervised online examination, the students will be supervised (monitored) through a video conference system (Zoom or Team) during the whole examination. Therefore, as an online candidate, the student should be able to have an environment that is shown in Figure 1.

We have prepared a small questionnaire to collect data about the availability of the necessary infrastructure and the suitable environment for students. Please respond to the following Google form on or before the 04th of July, 2021, so that we can make arrangements to conduct supervised online examinations. Please note that we can arrange physical examinations for a small number of students if they do not have the necessary infrastructure to face the supervised online examination.
