Yoga in the Park 6 week Yin Program
Session 2:

What is Yin Yoga? Yin Yoga is a gentle slow and soothing practice that stimulates acupressure points in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Yin Yoga specifically targets deep connective tissues such as fascia, joints and ligaments. This gentle yoga practice releases tension and stretches fascial tightness which provides greater mobility, increase in circulation and a decrease in stress. 

Join us with our talented certified yoga instructor Tanya Reid. 

When: The program will run from 5:45pm - 6:45pm Thursdays August 24th - September 28th.

Cost: The cost of the program is $50.00 for CHPH members, and $75.00 for non-members. 

Payment can be made by E-transfer to payments@chph.ca, or by cash or cheque. 

Please arrange pick up or drop off of cash or cheque with president@chph.ca
