We ask that you have a minimum of 4 empty vessels to send back prior to requesting a label. 

Please ensure you have completely emptied and cleaned your vessels and have fully removed the stickered label (which is compostable) from the exterior. 

We do not accept back droppers, pumps and/or spray tops. All vessels must be sent back with their matching lid.

Once we receive your request, we will send you a prepaid shipping label via email. Your pre-paid label may take up to 48 business hours to be sent. Just print, pack, and send it off! If you have any questions while completing the form, please email onlinesupport@taremarket.com.
