Berry College Running Camp
Sunday June 23rd -Friday June 28th 2019

Location of Camp: Berry College

Camp covers: 3 meals per day, lodging

Who may attend:  High School runners averaging at least 25 miles per week.  They will also need to be able to run Kolb Farm Loop in 75 minutes and log their miles correctly.  

We will arrive at Berry College on Sunday afternoon between 4-5 PM and depart Friday morning around 11 AM.

Please Note:  The running camp will likely include 2 runs or 1 run/1 pool workout on Monday-Thursday, along with a single run on Sunday evening and Friday morning.  With that in mind, the coaches will evaluate fitness of runners throughout early June summer running in order to help parents know whether or not their runner would benefit enough from the running camp for them to attend this year.  Runners will need to have prepared before heading to camp.
