In order to help minimize wait times, we are continuing with using reserved time slots for this years Bethlehem Live. We ask that you register as a group and not individuals for a specific time slot.

Example: The Baker family (John and Lisa) would like to attend with their 3 kids and Grandma, Grandpa between 7:41 and 8:00pm on Friday night. This would be one group of 7 registered under the Baker family name. The ideal maximum group size is suggested to be 12

We ask that you assemble your group in prior to starting your journey should you arrive separately.

Note:
This event will be completely outside in our back lot which is paved but uneven in places. Following the journey, you will be invited inside for some light refreshments.

If you miss your assigned time slot, please just let us know. We will do what we can to fit you in.

If you have a small group, we may ask if you are ok to combine with another group if that is acceptable for you.

Out of respect for others safety, we ask that if you or someone in your group is not feeling well, that you please refrain from attending.

We will take a break between 7:30 - 7:40 for cleaning.
