at least 2 weeks notice for poster, social media, balloon, and/or gift delivery requests. This means that the request needs to be put in at least 2 weeks before the date is needed.
Please also note, we do not provide tape or ang the posters.
Team gift delivery program. If you are requesting a game day gift delivery for your team, the gift must be pre-assembled by the coach or boosters and brought to the Activities Office no later than 10am!
