Please submit one form for each dancer in the family. A $50 non-refundable** deposit per family is required at the time of registration to hold your spot. This fee will be applied to the tuition. The remaining tuition balance is due on or before the first day of your program. **In the case that we do not have room or we have to cancel a program, any payment made will be applied as a credit to your account or refunded in full.
