Being recognized for my work is more important than the team receiving credit.
Help must always be earned. Before I give it, I must receive it first.
Feedback is a learning opportunity.
When I know something is going on, I feel like I must share it with someone else before it just bursts out of me.
People often say I have a knack for knowing what is going on with someone.
I procrastinate a lot when I get stressed.
I like to know everything that is going on.
I place a higher value on what I believe to be true than what others may believe.
I choose my words carefully lest someone takes offense.
I find it hard to consider other people's perspectives and feelings
I get grumpy when I get stressed.
I find it relatively easy to understand what is occurring within a group.
I find it hard to make a decision and stick with it.
New ideas are an adventure and should be embraced
I love it when my life is like a reality show. I find drama to be exciting.
A collective win is preferably over an individual win.
It is better to be in the spotlight as much as possible.
"Doing good" is more important than recognition.
Feedback is something to be defended against.
I take great pleasure in being able to help others.
How feedback is given is more important than the feedback itself.
I find it hard to ask for help.
I enjoy learning something new on a regular basis.
If something is not going to plan, I find easier to tweak what is existing rather than scrapping it completely.
I find it easy to ask for help.
I bottle my frustrations until they just explode.
People often describe me as very blunt.
Once I have a plan in mind, I find it hard to adapt it.
I tend to wait till the deadline before asking for help.
If something is not going to plan, I find easier to lower my head and to power through it.
Please list your top 3 best qualities and number them (i.e. 1) , 2) etc). Please explain and use examples. *
What are the top 3 things you think you should improve on? Please number them (i.e. 1) , 2) etc.) and explain. If applicable describe what steps you have taken and/or how you plan to improve on them in the upcoming year. *
If a camper ran up to me and was going to describe you as a role model, what would they say to me? *
Could you tell me about a time you got tough feedback from a supervisor or boss? (If this is your first employment, then you may use teacher or club advisor instead.) *
What is something that you may struggle with serving as a staff member, and how do you plan on handling it? *
Scenario 1: You overhear two staff members discussing something personal, but it is upsetting to hear. What do you do and/or say? *
Scenario 2:

Background Context -
Outside the Great Hall, there is a semi-open field with 7 moderate size picnic tables with the benches attached to the table. The picnic tables are moveable but are currently set up to be 15 feet away from each other from the prior activity.

There are additional 10 long wooden benches to be found under the porch of the nearby Armory.  The inside of the armory is currently being set up for another activity and is not available.

The academy policy is that an assigned group may move to a new location once all their assigned students have arrives. A counselor from that assigned group just needs to radio the Director-on-duty to notify them of the new on-site location before they move. This is for risk management reasons in case an emergency happens.

Here Is What Is Happening -
You noticed that the students in your activity are getting easily distracted by the other activities that are occurring. In addition, several of your fellow staff are forced to stand up because there is no where immediate to sit.

Please describe what do you do.

I tend to complete one task before starting another

I am not to afraid to ask questions if there is something I am unsure of.
I find it easy to adjust my priorities in the heat of the moment.
Attention to detail is one of my strengths.
I tend not to get hung up on mistakes.
Sometimes "Good enough for now" is acceptable.
Challenges do not normally stress me out.
I prefer to start a task and notify my supervisor rather than ask for permission.
I know people are eager to find out the results from the hiring committee. As the number of applicants has gone up, it takes more time to get the results. I know waiting can be nerve wrecking.

Please know that if you are not hired for Tass (Forgotten), I will be emailing you. I will likely have other collaborative opportunities that you may be interested in so please read all the way through. These are legit offers.

If you are hired, there are two ways you can be notified. One option will be faster than the other.
