Having previous raiding experience with logs to support it is a must. Attendance and reliability is very important to us as we value every moment of our time but we also understand 100% attendance is unlikely for anyone so the ability to communicate with us ahead of time when you can't make a day or have to be late is just as important. Lastly, being someone who can quickly pick up and understand fight mechanics while also being able to communicate important information when required is a vital quality to have.
